
Terry has extensive and very deep professional experience in a broad range of human resources. With Coleman & Associates Consultants, he focuses on recruiting and executive search and mediation and dispute resolution as well as human resources systems and strategic business alignment.
His corporate experiences consisted of a variety of positions with Frito-Lay, Inc. in its Dallas headquarters and several West Coast manufacturing operations as well as multiple human resources positions with Argonne National Laboratory in Argonne, IL.
Some of his consulting engagements include: Career Transition Seminars for City of Dallas employees; negotiation and mediation skills training to Dallas Independent School District administrators; Career Transition Assistance for the City of Dallas through a sister enterprise, ctrp (career transition reset partners).
Terry established andre david & associates, inc., a recruiting and consulting firm, in the 1985. He conducts varied high-level executive searches and human resources consulting engagements. He is a member of the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association and the Texas Mediation Trainers. Mr. Patch served as Vice President on the Board of Directors, Dispute Mediation. He is a Certified Business and Executive Coach for Challenger Gray & Christmas, Inc. and an Art of Resolution Certified EEO Investigator. He is a lifetime member of the National Black MBA Association and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He also served on the Advisory Council of the University of Texas at Austin, College of Communications, and served as Coach for Cornell SC Johnson College of Business’s Marketing Executive Coaching Program.
Mr. Patch received his Bachelor of Science degree in education and English from Chicago State University and a graduate degree from Loyola University in human resources. In addition, Mr. Patch completed advanced graduate studies in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) at Southern Methodist University and a Dispute Resolution Practicum with Dispute Mediation Service.
