She has more than 15 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator and consultant working with clients in all levels of government, non-profit, and the private sector.
Regina is a creative leader who designs and implements team-based systems which promote open communication and sharing. She is a highly accomplished coordinator who builds and maintains long-term relationships fostering cooperation at all organizational levels. She specializes in webinar production, ethics training, performance development, improving team effectiveness, goal setting, customer service, and facilitating meetings to solve problems. She is passionate about helping leaders and groups accomplish their goals.
Regina has successfully managed the production and delivery of over 1,000 webinars for the Association for Talent Development (formerly ASTD). As a Consultant, she delivered Human Resources and Leadership training programs to the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, City of Dallas, Dallas Fire & Rescue, City of Austin, the Census Bureau, Dallas Independent School District and various non-profit organizations.
During her role as Training Development Manager at Pizza Hut, Inc., a Fortune 500 Restaurant Company, Regina managed the implementation of restaurant field-needs based training programs for both Corporate and Franchise employees strategically supporting over 125,000 employees, customers and vendors. She provided ongoing operational and training support to new and existing franchisees through consulting activities in the areas of organizational development, product quality, customer service, food safety and cleanliness. She crafted and facilitated customized corporate training using instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories for restaurant operations and soft skills including customer service courses.
Education
Regina received her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Grambling State University; Grambling, Louisiana. In addition, Regina received her certification in Basic Mediation, Family Mediation and Parent Education and Parental Coordination.
