Bruce has served as Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Business Partner, HR Director, AVP Talent Management, and VP HR for a variety of organizations in major organizations in insurance, telecommunications, airlines and airports, transportation, and distributions industries. In those roles, Bruce was responsible for designing programs and training to attract and hire employees, assess organizational compliance, protect employee rights, and support talent management for development and succession.
Bruce has provided executive coaching and mentoring for organizational leaders, and he has served as counsel to managers and supervisors for tactical and strategic business alignment of human capital. He has designed and managed company-wide EEO training and affirmative action program implementation. He is a practical problem solver, he is an expert in the full-range of human resources compliance matters, and he is an expert in HR systems analysis, compliance audits, organizational assessments, and employee and leader development.
He is affiliated with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resources Planning Society (HRPS).
Bruce holds Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Minnesota.
