Bennetta is an award-winning innovator, growth catalyst and reinvention expert that has dedicated her journey to unlocking the potential of others through the power of transformation. She has more than 25 years of experience in Organizational Excellence, Strategy and Workforce Transformation. She is an award-winning transformation expert who has received recognition in recent years as the pioneer of the Dallas/Fort Worth Knowledge Community, DFW Women in Information Management, Technology Business Management Council and Service Now Corporate and HR Automation Innovator. CRC Press, BizClik Media, Business Chief Magazine and Innovation Enterprise have also published some of her work.

Bennetta has held extensive leadership roles such as Chief Transformation Officer, Chief of Staff, Chief Information Officer, Learning and Development Strategy, Women-Owned Business, CEO and Global Consultant.  Her volunteer and advocacy work in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion has been just as rich. Bennetta has served as a coach/consultant within many entities: Education- (Stanford University, University of New Orleans, UAB, UTD, Naveen Jindal School of Business, MIT and the Microsoft Envision Program); Economic Development, City Municipalities, Community outreach and Woman/Minority Business coaching; the Quality Texas Foundation for Malcolm Baldrige Quality Program. She has also mentored within 10+ industries across both the United States, Latin America, and Africa.

Bennetta holds dual master’s degree in Management and Project Management a dual bachelor’s degree in Business and Computer Science, and certifications in Project Management, Emotional Intelligence, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Strategy Execution. Her trademark workshops and national platform of the “Power to Run” and the “Transformation 2.0 Series” are leveraged with 20+ high-profile organizations across the U.S. with particular focus on executive coaching and transformation consulting.
