Audrey has extensive leadership experience in all components of Human Resources Management, including compensation, rewards, performance management, people analytics, HR technology, talent management processes, EEO and Affirmative Action Plans, Diversity and Inclusion, and training. She draws on over 20 years’ experience in several industries, including Fortune 50 organizations.
Her HR foundation is to design and develop programs tailed to business goals and strategy with a performance-based foundation. As a consultant and leader, she has worked very closely with the “C Suite” and the Board of Directors in developing and designing Human Resource related strategies in alignment with overall business goals and strategy. Audrey is a strong advocate in the strategic value of people and aligning people processes tailed to the needs and requirements of the organization.

Audrey was previously Chair, Compensation Thought Leadership, Philly SHRM; a member of the SHRM Metrics Task Force and the SHRM Compensation and Benefits Committee. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
As a key function leader with the Coleman & Associates Consultants’ HR consulting practice, Audrey is also a Principal at Atwater Martin, LLC.
